The DogPractice
Dog & Human Training built for the way we actually live with dogs.
River & Community pathways, condo elevators, busy parks, off-leash parks, mall visits, a friend’s home, chinook afternoons, and long winters indoors — training has to work where life actually happens, not just in the classroom.
We're building a thoughtful, evidence-informed training practice around that idea, opening in 2027.
Philosophy
Real life is the test.
Training should hold up beyond the classroom — at home, on walks, around visitors, in parks, and around the distractions dogs encounter every day. The practice is being built around careful assessment, owner coaching, structured practice, and measurable progress.
Standards
Evidence-informed.
Training methods are grounded in the standards set by the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers. ccpdt.org ↗
